Mediterranean Herbs Caciotta Stracchinata Cheese

Mediterranean Herbs Stracchinata Caciotta is an unwaxed cow's milk cheese with a very creamy and velvety texture. Enriched with a mix of aromatic herbs typical of the Mediterranean tradition, it offers a fresh and fragrant taste, ideal to enjoy natural, in a sandwich or to enrich cutting boards and simple preparations.

Produced in the Caseificio Arcudi in Soleto (LE), it is available in different sizes for every need: whole (about 1.5 kg), half (about 750 gr) or a quarter (about 375 gr).
