The Schiacciata in Bran is a new product in which natural casing is not used; instead, bran is utilized.
This is an ancient tradition that Salumificio Cervellera has revived. In the past, those who owned pigs but lacked enough intestines used bran instead of casing for curing the Schiacciata. It is a tradition they have recovered, making our product unique and original.

This product is handcrafted, so slight weight variations may occur. Our staff strives to minimize these differences to ensure maximum accuracy. The products are vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness. Although these are cured products that do not require constant refrigeration, we prefer to ship them at the beginning of the week. Therefore, if the order is placed after 12 PM on Thursday, shipping will occur the following Monday to avoid the order remaining in the shipping company’s warehouse over the weekend.
