Azienda Cervellera's Martinese Truffle Salami is an exclusive artisanal cured meat made with selected meat from pigs raised in the wild in the lower Murgia Pugliese area. The hand processing of the meats, combined with salt, pepper, cooked wine and aromas of the Mediterranean scrub, enhances the authentic taste of the meat and is combined with the refined aromatic note of the truffle, which gives the salami a unique and intense aromatic profile.
The product is enriched with truffle, combined with spices and natural flavours, creating a balance between flavour, aromas of curing and the characteristic aroma of truffle. Artisanal curing allows the salami to develop a compact texture and full flavor, ideal for enjoying thinly sliced on homemade bread or as an ingredient in gourmet appetizers.
The slice appears compact, with veins of white fat that highlight the intense red color of the meat and small fragments of truffle. Delicate hints of wood and smoke emerge on the palate, combined with the scent and taste of truffle, for a refined and harmonious taste experience.

Cured cured meats and cheeses are products that tolerate short temperature variations during transport. To ensure the best preservation they are shipped vacuum-packed. Once you receive the product, it is recommended to store it in the refrigerator.
