Martinese Prosciutto Crudo from the Cervellera Company is an artisanal cured meat made from selected legs of pigs raised in the wild in the lower Murgia Pugliese. Hand processing guarantees quality and authentic flavor, respecting the tradition of the local butcher shop.
After being unnerved and cleaned, the thigh is salted and left to rest to slowly develop the flavor. The product matures naturally for 18 months, developing delicate aromas and a balanced and slightly sweet taste.
The slice appears to be a uniform pink color with veins of white fat, and the nose releases clean aromas characteristic of artisanal curing. On the palate it is soft, slightly melting and full-flavoured, ideal to enjoy with a drizzle of oil, rustic bread or accompanied by a slice of fresh melon.

Storage and shipping information
Cured cured meats and cheeses are products that tolerate short temperature variations during transport. To ensure the best preservation they are shipped vacuum-packed. Once you receive the product it is recommended to store it in the refrigerator.
