Caciotta Leccese Cheese with Chili Pepper

Caciotta leccese with chili pepper is a semi-hard, unwaxed cow's milk cheese with a lively and slightly spicy flavor, enriched by the presence of chili pepper. The compact yet soft texture makes it ideal to enjoy plain, in a sandwich or to enrich traditional cutting boards and dishes.

Produced in the Caseificio Arcudi in Soleto (LE), it is available in different sizes for every need: whole (about 1.5 kg), half (about 750 gr) or a quarter (about 375 gr).
