Description

The caciotta leccese is a semi-hard, unwaxed cow's milk cheese with a delicate, harmonious flavor, typical of Salento's cheesemaking tradition. Its compact yet soft texture makes it extremely versatile: ideal for enjoying plain, on a sandwich, or for enriching cutting boards, appetizers, and everyday recipes.

Produced in the Caseificio Arcudi in Soleto (LE), it is available in different sizes for every need: whole (about 1.5 kg), half (about 750 gr) or a quarter (about 375 gr).
