Senatore Cappelli Wheat and Barley Twisted Sagne Pasta

Artisanal pasta made with Senatore Cappelli durum wheat, processed by Mulino Maggio of Poggiardo using traditional methods that enhance the cereals of the Terre d'Otranto and stone milling. The twisted shape, typical of the Salento tradition, is designed to best enhance any type of seasoning. With an intense and authentic taste, twisted sagne are distinguished by their full-bodied and porous texture. Ideal with rustic sauces, legumes, vegetables or condiments of peasant cuisine, they bring to the table all the authenticity and history of Apulian tradition.
