Durum Wheat and Barley Maritati

Artisanal pasta made with durum wheat and barley, processed by Mulino Maggio of Poggiardo using traditional methods that enhance the cereals of the Terre d'Otranto. The combination of flours gives this format a rustic and authentic character, an expression of Salento's gastronomic culture. With a full and slightly intense taste, maritati lend themselves perfectly to rich and tasty condiments. Ideal with sauces based on meat, legumes or seasonal vegetables, they bring to the table all the genuineness of ancient grains and stonework.
