Artisanal pasta typical of Apulian tradition, made with selected durum wheat and processed by Mulino Maggio of Poggiardo using methods that enhance the quality of the raw materials and traditional processing. The hollow, slightly rough shape is designed to best collect each condiment. With an authentic and decisive taste, orecchiette are ideal for first courses in Mediterranean cuisine. Perfect with sauces based on vegetables, legumes or richer condiments, they represent one of the most recognizable symbols of the gastronomic tradition of Southern Italy.
