Caciotta Leccese with black pepper is a semi-hard, unwaxed cow's milk cheese with a strong, aromatic flavor, enriched by the presence of black peppercorns. Its compact yet soft texture makes it ideal for enjoying natural, on a sandwich, or to enrich traditional cutting boards and dishes.

Produced in the Caseificio Arcudi in Soleto (LE), it is available in different sizes for every need: whole (about 1.5 kg), half or a quarter.
