Myrtle Liqueur

Liquor born from the cold infusion of Salento myrtle fruits and leaves harvested during the ripening period. Diluted with herbal teas of the infused leaves and fruits to obtain a unique and intense flavor and to extract the active ingredients both by alcoholic infusion and by maceration in hot water.

Alcohol content: 30% Vol.

Serving temperature: Serve cold, about 5°C, in a liqueur glass. Ideal as a digestif at the end of a meal, for cooking red meats, lamb or game, or in drops/cocktails to give a Mediterranean aroma.

Ingredients: Water, alcohol, sugar, infusion of Salento myrtle berries and leaves.
