Liquor inspired by traditional recipes found in an ancient building in the historic center of Ugento. Handcrafted with a cold infusion of natural botanicals: organic leaves, herbs, and fruits harvested when ripe, sun-dried roots mixed with aloe vera, balsamic honey, and herbal teas to extract their digestive properties.

Organoleptic characteristics: bitter taste of roots and leaves, fruity fragrance of citrus fruits and berries, persistent and harmonious balsamic aftertaste.

Alcohol content: 35% Vol.

Serving temperature: to be served cold, ideal after a meal as a digestive.
