It is a wine with an austere and unique character, made from ancient bush-trained Negroamaro vines. It presents a particularly bright and consistent red color. The nose reveals notes of walnut husk and Mediterranean herbs, while on the palate, you can distinguish the softness of the tannins and balsamic notes.
