Cupone Salice Salentino D.O.P. Reserve Negroamaro Wine

Red wine made from Negroamaro grapes from ancient vineyards raised in saplings. This Reserve was born in full respect of the tradition of the area and is patiently refined for about 24 months, with careful and discreet use of wood that enhances its structure without overpowering its identity.

In the calyx it appears with an intense and bright red, of great consistency. On the nose it offers deep and complex scents with notes of walnut husk and references to the herbs of the Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it is enveloping and elegant, with soft tannins and a pleasant balsamic tinge that accompanies a long and harmonious finish.

Recommended pairings: meat roasts, game roasts, braised meats, and aged cheeses.
