Le Camarde IGP Salento Negroamaro Primitivo Wine

Red wine with an intense and deep color. On the nose it expresses a rich and complex profile, with notes of ripe berries and licorice. On the palate it is enveloping and structured, with spicy nuances reminiscent of juniper and cinchona. The tannins are soft and silky and accompany a long and balanced finish.

Obtained mainly from Negroamaro grapes with a small portion of Primitivo from old vineyards raised in saplings in the Camarda district, which give the wine concentration and elegance.

Recommended pairings: savory first courses, ragù orecchiette, grilled red meats, roasts, and aged cheeses.

Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol.
