Drosia I.g.t. Puglia Negroamaro White Wine

White wine made from Negroamaro grapes vinified in white, a technique that allows this traditionally red grape variety to express itself with great elegance and originality. The grapes, hand-picked in early September in the vineyards of the Otranto area, create a fresh and surprising wine.

In the chalice it appears bright, with greenish reflections. Delicate scents of fresh white flowers emerge on the nose accompanied by light mineral notes. On the palate it is full and round, with a good structure and a pleasant flavour that gives freshness and persistence to the finish.

Recommended pairings: aperitifs, appetizers, seafood first courses, risottos, and lightly aged cheeses.
