Cuccimannè igp Salento Susumaniello Rosè Wine

Rosé wine with a pale, bright pink color. On the nose it opens with delicate and fragrant scents, where floral notes emerge accompanied by hints of fresh Mediterranean fruit. On the palate it is fresh and harmonious, with pleasant calls of currant and raspberry and an elegant and persistent finish.

Produced from Susumaniello grapes grown in the Salento vineyards, it takes its name from “cuccimannè”, the cutrettola, a small bird that has always been present among the vineyards of this grape variety.

Recommended pairings: light appetizers, fish dishes, delicate risottos, seafood, and white meats.

Alcohol content: 12.5–13% Vol.
