Nero Di Velluto Negroamaro IGP Wine

Red wine made from Negroamaro grapes from a historic sapling vineyard established in 1935. Produced only in the best years and in very limited quantities, it is a label that expresses with great intensity the character of the grape variety and the Salento area.

In the glass it has a deep and intense red color. On the nose it releases rich and enveloping aromas of carob, raisins and cocoa. On the palate it is warm and velvety, with an important structure and spicy notes of black pepper and tobacco. The ending is long, elegant and persistent.

Recommended pairings: roasts, braised meats, grilled red meats, game, and aged cheeses.

Alcohol content: 14% Vol. (15% Vol. in some vintages).

Service temperature: 16–18°C.
