Copeta salentina is a crunchy treat made from peeled and toasted Italian almonds, covered with a thin layer of caramelized sugar, prepared following the ancient tradition of Salento. This delight surprises with its delicate sweetness and is made with few selected ingredients according to the classic recipe.
