Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal can be exercised for any product purchased on tipicheriasalentina.it.
You can choose to return the purchased products within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of receipt (D.lgs. of February 21, 2014, n. 21) by contacting our customer service at the following address: info@tipicheriasalentina.it.

The return shipping costs for the product are entirely your responsibility.
We will refund the amount paid (the purchase price of the product including shipping costs incurred for receiving it) using the same payment method (bank transfer, credit card credit, or PayPal account) used for the purchase, after receiving the products and within 5 (five) working days.
If the returned products show damage or signs of wear due to handling that was not necessary to establish their nature and characteristics, we may deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to their decreased value.
The right of withdrawal expires if:
- the original packaging is missing;
- the product has been damaged for reasons not attributable to transport;
- the product has been used and/or worn;
- parts of the product have been removed.
The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by individuals, excluding legal entities.

Returns for Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

If you return an item due to our error or because it is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, and a replacement could not be arranged, we will refund the cost of the item and the shipping costs incurred for receiving it.

How to Make a Return

To return products:
– Pack the products carefully in a suitable box to avoid damage during transport;
– Contact us to arrange for sending it to our warehouse;
– Keep the shipping receipt.
We recommend shipping your return with a trackable delivery method requiring a signature upon receipt.
