Blackberry jam is incredibly versatile and can be used in many delicious ways. Perfect for breakfast spread on toast, rusks or croissants, ideal as a filling for tarts, cakes, muffins or biscuits. Also great with yogurt or ice cream for an extra touch of sweetness. Mixed with a little’ balsamic vinegar it becomes a sweet and sour sauce perfect for accompanying roast meats or cheeses. It can be added to your favorite cocktails or poured over pancakes and waffles for special breakfasts and brunches.

Ingredients: blackberry puree, brown sugar, thickener: pectin, gelling agent: agar agar.

Fruit used: 70 g per 100 g of product.

Recommended pairings: breakfasts, tarts, baked goods, yogurt, ice cream, sweet and sour sauces for meats and cheeses, cocktails.
