Although our shop and website are newly established, our experience is built on years of commitment and passion. Through the Solidaterra association, we have long been dedicated to reclaiming the abandoned countryside of Salento, restoring life and value to the land through our cultivation.
Our goal is simple: to celebrate and promote the authentic products of our land, highlighting the excellences of Salento and Puglia. To achieve this, we collaborate with small local businesses, such as dairies, bakeries, and many other artisanal producers. Each product we offer is the result of skilled hands and a deep connection to the territory.
