PREAMBLE


Shipping costs are visible in the cart once products have been added. Deliveries are made via Poste Italiane from Monday to Friday during office hours. No shipping or deliveries occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. Once the package is shipped, a link for online tracking will be provided. Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as postage. Handling costs are fixed, while transportation costs vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders made separately; therefore, shipping costs will be charged for each order.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?


Tipicheria Salentina guarantees quick shipping, completed within 3-5 days of order confirmation and payment.
Note: Carriers do not pick up shipments on Saturdays and Sundays.


WHAT DOES THE SHIPPING COST INCLUDE?


The delivery of purchased products is insured against theft, loss, and accidental damage, at no additional cost to the customer. However, once the goods reach the destination indicated by the customer on the order form and come under their physical possession, the purchased products are no longer covered by insurance. Therefore, upon delivery, the customer is required to carefully check the contents of the package before signing for receipt of the goods. The products are delivered in appropriate sealed packaging. Any customs, tax, or import duties will be charged when the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Tipicheria Salentina has no control over customs charges, which can vary significantly from country to country. For more information, it is advisable to contact the customs authorities of the destination country.


WHEN IS IT POSSIBLE TO REFUSE DELIVERY?


The customer has the right to refuse delivery or accept it with reservation, specifying the reasons, if the packaging shows alterations, tampering, or is not intact. In the absence of such reports, the delivery is considered accepted. In the case of acceptance with reservation, the customer has 8 (eight) days from receipt of the goods to file a complaint regarding the integrity of the product. This complaint must be sent in writing to the courier that made the delivery. Additionally, the customer must contact Tipicheria Salentina via email at info@tipicheriasalentina.it for instructions on managing the damage. Tipicheria Salentina is not responsible if the customer does not follow these directives.
If the package is not delivered to the recipient at the address indicated on the order form for reasons not attributable to the courier, it will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense. These expenses include all costs for re-importing the goods to Italy and will be deducted from any refunds due to the customer.
