This product is available in different sizes, but as it is hand-cut, there may be slight variations in weight. Our staff is committed to minimizing these differences to ensure the highest accuracy. Products are shipped vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness. Although these are aged products that do not require constant refrigeration, we prefer to ship packages in the early days of the week. Therefore, if the order is placed after 12 PM on Thursday, the shipment will occur the following Monday, to avoid as much as possible leaving the order in the shipping company’s warehouses over the weekend.
